Brian Altman started his career in 1999 with River Club Golf Club in Pawleys Island, SC. Brian sets the high standard at Berkeley Country Club with nearly 25 years of experience as a club professional. Priding himself on providing consistent and exceptional customer service, Brian has dedicated himself to growing Berkeley Memberships as well as Club Improvements. Becoming a vital part of the Golf team in May 2017. The well sought after golf course has hosted its share of major championships; spearheading events such as the The Invitational and Berkeley Two-Man.
Kara Cook, Certified LPGA Professional

Kara Cook is a caring and enthusiastic teacher with a strong commitment to student development and the learning experience. As a proactive leader, Kara has previously been employed by The First Tee of Metropolitan New York as well as the Kelley Brooke Golf Channel Academy at the renowned Bethpage State Park Golf Course. She is a Level II LPGA certified professional and US Kids Golf Level II certified. Additionally, she is a fully recognized First Tee Coach and was previously a physical education teacher in New York. Over the last 10 years in her Jr Golf profession, Kara has used individually based goals, and added fun games to her classes and lessons. She is a firm believer that it is FUN that helps those hesitant beginners become confident golfers in no time. She is motivated to teach both girls and adult women to learn how much fun the game of golf can be.
